This comprehensive guide covers everything you need to know about Normal Raids, Legendary Raids, and Legendary Event Raids.
What Are Raids?
Raids in Cobblemon Islands are cooperative PvE (Player vs Environment) battles where players team up to defeat powerful boss Pokémon. Depending on the raid type, you can earn valuable rewards including Raid Tokens, rare items, and the opportunity to catch legendary Pokémon.

How to Join a Raid
Before joining any raid, make sure you have:
🌟 A party of Level 90+ Pokémon - Your Pokémon must be at least level 90 to participate
🎫 Legendary Catch Pass - Required ONLY for Legendary Event Raids where you can catch the boss (obtainable from the server store or in-game events)
🎫 Special Raid Pass - Required ONLY for Special Event Raids where you can catch the boss (obtainable from the server store or in-game events)
Joining Process
Wait for raid announcements in the server
Navigate to the raid server by using
/server raidsEnsure your party meets the level requirement
If it's a Legendary Event Raid (catchable), have your Legendary Catch Pass ready
Enter the raid and battle cooperatively with other players
Raid Types
Legendary Raids
Feature powerful legendary Pokémon as raid bosses but are NOT catchable during these events.
Special Event Raids
On special Raids, skin tokens and other items might be dropping as a reward for completition

One pass is consumed per catch attempt

Frequently Asked Questions
What level do my Pokémon need to be for raids?
All Pokémon in your party must be at least Level 90 to participate in any raid. However, Level 100 Pokémon are strongly recommended for better success rates.
When can I catch legendary Pokémon?
You can only catch legendary Pokémon during Legendary Event Raids, which occur Friday–Sunday every 6 hours. You'll also need a Legendary Catch Pass to attempt the catch.
Do I lose my Legendary Catch Pass if I fail to catch the boss?
Yes, the Legendary Catch Pass is consumed upon attempting to catch the legendary, regardless of success. Make sure to use your best Poké Balls and strategies!
Can I participate in raids if I don't have a Legendary Catch Pass?
Yes! You can participate in ALL raids without a pass. The pass is only required if you want to attempt to catch the boss during Legendary Event Raids. You'll still receive raid rewards either way.
How many players can join a single raid?
Raid capacity varies by raid type, but generally multiple players can join. Check server announcements for specific raid limits.
What happens if I disconnect during a raid?
If you disconnect during a raid, you may lose your progress. Try to ensure a stable connection before joining.
Can I use the same Pokémon that's banned in competitive battles?
Not necessarily. Raids have their own specific ban list. Check the Raid Ban List for complete details.
How do I get Raid Tokens?
Raid Tokens are earned by participating in and completing raids. The amount varies based on raid difficulty and your contribution.
