To Use a Z move you must be holding a Z-Ring when the battle starts and the Pokémon you wish to have use a Z-Move must be holding the respective Z Crystal
In Battle Select the additional option in the bottom left when Selecting a move
Z Moves Can only be used once per battle
Z-Moves Can not be used if a Pokémon in your party is holding a Mega Stone
To Tera you must use be holding a Tera Orb with at least 1 Charge in your OFFHAND When the battle starts
Tera Type can be changed at [TBD] for 50 of the same type Tera Shard
Tera Orbs need to be recharged after every use and can be recharged at (Orb Charger in spawn) (must be in your main hand when recharging)
Tera can not be used if a Pokémon in your party is holding a Mega Stone
Use /checkpokemon <slot> to view Type and Tera forms of Pokémon
Tera shards will now only drop when defeating Pokémon in battle with your Pokémon
