Dens

What are Dens?

Dens are special, timed encounters that spawn randomly.

They appear as a sparkling area in the realms. They are player-specific, meaning that only you can enter and clear your own den

Inside, you’ll face off against a random boss Pokémon for a chance at special rewards.

Dens that appear in the Safari Zone or Raid server cannot be entered.

How Dens Work

When a den spawns, you will receive a notification. Keep a close eye on sparkling areas! To enter a den, right-click the sparkles to begin the encounter.

Tip: If you are having trouble locating a den, enable hitboxes by pressing F3 + B.

Defeating the Boss

Dens have a time limit. Locate and defeat the boss within 10 minutes of entering. Sometimes the boss is obvious, other times it’s hiding in a group of Pokémon! A den is cleared once the boss Pokémon is defeated.

Victory can achieved by:

  • Catching the Pokémon

  • Fainting it in battle

  • Killing it directly with a weapon

Once the boss is defeated, you will be returned to the surface in 15 seconds.

If you need to leave a den for any reason and do not need to return, use /leaveden.

Rewards

Clearing a den can grant a variety of rewards. These range from simple consumables to more valuable items, such as crate keys, raid passes, or shiny vouchers. Rewards are random, with different bundles available as possible outcomes.
