🔼Levelling

Levelling

Every catch builds toward your Fishing Level, from 1 to 100. Higher levels unlock stronger Hooks and Baits. They also feed into your Angler Profile and Leaderboard standing.

FAQ

What's the fastest way to level up?

Mostly everything gives similar XP amounts, however, you can equip Angler's Knowledge Bait for its 1.5× XP multiplier.

Is there a benefit to reaching Level 100?

Current tackle requirements end at Level 25. Higher levels show dedication and leave room for future tackle.

Does catching a Pokémon give the same XP as catching a Fish?

Yes. Both award 5–15 Fishing XP before any Bait multiplier.
